What To Expect As Part of The MARC Recovery Community
✦ More Than Treatment
Welcome To Recovery, Balance and Personal Success
Addiction is a lifelong, chronic condition. So why are we still trying to treat it with a 10-day detox or a short-term treatment program? Effective, lasting results lie in long-term, comprehensive lifestyle support alongside treatment, therapy, and peer groups.
Treatment that is supported by tools and resources for enhanced life skills, personal stability, emotional maturity, consistent employment, improved relationships, personal accountability, and strong mental health cultivates a resilient, successful person who has overcome their diagnosis. A person who is building and actively living their best life.
At MARC, our signature community-integration model helps you or your loved one actively live in recovery. There is no need to worry about the post-treatment transition back to daily life because it has already happened here in a safe and supportive environment.
Welcome to the MARC recovery community!
What To Expect During Treatment at MARC
Each of the levels of care offered at MARC are classified as outpatient care. However, with our unique community integration model and sober living arrangements, the treatment experience is fully immersive.
You can expect to participate in a rigorous weekly group schedule, weekly individual therapy sessions with your primary therapist, psychiatry sessions, family sessions, and more. Every component of our programming is designed to emphasize life skills, strengthen interpersonal relationships, build college and vocational success, and create a sustainable path forward to your best life.
Our recovery community is full of like-minded, goal-oriented individuals who are all on a similar journey. Together, you will support one another on the path toward resilience, growth, and sobriety. This is not just a treatment program; it is a ready-made lifestyle you can drop into and safely make your way of life.
At the end of treatment with MARC, you will find sustainable recovery and an improved quality of life. Beyond healing and sobriety, our patients also experience active employment or engagement in higher education, restructured, healthy family dynamics and relationships, a deep connection within a recovery community, and greater independence, purpose, and personal fulfillment. Those are the real wins of treatment.

Learn moreAverage Treatment Program Timelines
In the addiction treatment and recovery field, the average minimum stay in a partial hospitalization program is approximately 6 weeks. At MARC, we ask for a minimum commitment of 90 days for all of our programs.
All research indicates that addiction, as a chronic illness, requires extended treatment in order to implement positive, life-changing behaviors where patients are able to learn to manage their disease. Therefore, to work best, MARC treatment programs are implemented through a comprehensive, long-term care model where patients receive necessary care but also learn to live a sustainable recovery and high quality of life. Therefore, on average, our extended care treatment program is between 6-9 months, and our IOP programs are similar.
While every patient’s journey is unique and their needs will vary, this speaks to our commitment to long-term success and building sustainable recovery. Short-term interventions may work for a while, but they don’t spend enough time to make you or your loved one into the best version of yourselves, in and out of treatment—a transformation that can last a lifetime.
