Damian Randall is a Primary Therapist at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. Damian embarked on his journey into the field of mental health at Stevenson University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling & Human Services. He continued his academic pursuit at Johns Hopkins University, where he is currently completing his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Damian first joined MARC during his undergraduate internship, where he found his calling in group facilitation and clinical support. Over the past three years, he has had the privilege of facilitating group therapy, individual therapy sessions, and family therapy while actively engaging with the community to align with MARC’s clinical philosophy.
His approach to clinical work is deeply integrative, drawing from principles of person-centered therapy and working with a team in supporting someone struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Damian believes in meeting individuals where they are on their journey and empowering them to make meaningful, sustainable choices towards recovery and overall wellness. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds joy in staying active, exploring new destinations, and cherishing moments with loved ones. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the transformative work at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center and to walk alongside patients and families as they navigate their paths to growth and healing.
