Morgan Pagels is the Director of Business Development at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. At MARC, Morgan manages and oversees the business development and outreach initiatives and works with MARC’s Corporate Director of Marketing to create, implement, and execute the overall branding, business development, and outreach efforts of the organization. She has worked in the behavioral healthcare field for over 15 years in various organizations, holding many positions including Director of Utilization Review and Managed Care, Director of Admissions, and National Clinical Outreach Representative. In addition to her role at MARC, Morgan serves on the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia Professional Liaison’s Association (DMV-PLA) professional development committee, and services on the policies and procedures committee for the Veterans Outreach of Pennsylvania’s tiny home project in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In her space time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, lifting weights, and giving back to the recovery community.
