Zach Snitzer is the Corporate Director of Marketing at Maryland Addiction Recovery Center. He is responsible for the organization’s marketing, business development, outreach, branding, public relations, communications, and social media strategies. 

Born and raised in Owings Mills, Maryland, Zach holds a BA in Communications and Marketing. Before co-founding Maryland Addiction Recovery Center with Sam, he wore several hats in the marketing and communications space, including:

  • Director of Communications and Online Marketing at a PR firm for a local sports event production company
  • Associate Producer and Creative Director for a full-service media and marketing organization
  • Admissions Director at a residential treatment facility

But none of that is where his story really starts. 

Fueled by his personal journey of addiction and recovery, Zach’s passion stems from the belief that recovery is not about giving up drugs and alcohol but rather in gaining a meaningful life of direction and purpose. And that is a passion we replicate in everything we do at MARC.
